On a hot summer day came along an idea. As four guys were sitting by the pool in Phoenix, Az talking about what to do this summer, an idea swept them away! They were under a spell. It was all they could think about, dream about and talk about. The idea had come up many times before, but this time it was different. This time it seemed like the right thing and the right time to do it! On that night we decided on SCARLIET! Jordan Messer who spends a lot of his time playing drums and designing merch for bands quickly grabbed his computer and started working on scar designs! The goal behind Scarliet was make getting dresses fun! The designs were going to have sayings that told whoever read them a lot about there personality and style! Bright and bold letters were also one of the key ingredients to making up the brand of Scarliet! The trick was to find the style in the middle of the 80s dance fashion and rock and roll apparel!

So once the designs were made for the first release, we did a photo shoot and a blast on myspace! Only having 2 shirts release, it was tricky. Picking through 10 different designs, We only had enough money to make 2 of them. So we released and it was instantly a success. Not financially but in the heart of the company just seeing our first shirt get sold and packing it up ourselves and decorating the box and writing with a sharpie “Thank You So So Much” all over tangled in with the lightening bolts, hearts and scribbled all over Scarliets! On that day many high fives were given and excitement clouded around us!

We left to open up a bank account and all of us walked in wearing scarliet and we had so many curious looks as to what it was! We explained and to all we told, they were excited about us and could see the excitement we had into this journey!

Scarliet has now been around for almost a year with a few more designs released and our Summer Pool Party line being our newest venture! We have endorsed a few bands and are very supportive of them! After all this company was born through a group of band members so at first this thought was to make something for all the bands and all who wanted and dreamed about being in a band, but we do not limit ourselves there. We as Scarliet have the passion to make quality products with love put into every design and hardwork to be creative and keep the fun in the company! Scarliet is here to bring your personality out through your style.
